Aloha! Are you looking to connect more deeply with your community and the land? Kolea Farm, nestled in the hills of Pupukea on Oʻahu's North Shore, invites you to join our volunteer ohana. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or a curious beginner, there's a place for you here.
🌱 What You'll Learn and Do
At Kolea Farm, we practice permaculture—a sustainable, holistic approach to farming. As a volunteer, you'll:
Learn how about permaculture and self-sustaining ecosystems.
Discover grafting and air layering
Engage in hands-on farming: plant, weed, mulch, and harvest while gaining practical organic farming skills.
When & Where
Volunteer sessions run Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM at Kolea Farm in Pupukea. (Please reach out to confirm your volunteer day)
What to Bring
Long sleeves, pants, gloves, hat, sunscreen, bug repellent, water, and snacks—and your willingness to learn!
